Purchase Price Agreement with Palm Coast, Florida

TOLEDO, OHIO – July 19, 2012 – N-Viro International Corporation (OTCQB: NVIC) announces a new purchase price agreement between the city of Palm Coast, Florida and Florida N-Viro LP, a wholly owned subsidiary of N-Viro International.  The five year contract for biosolids management services, inclusive of the initial term and renewals, begins immediately.  The new contract was awarded to Florida N-Viro L.P. in a bid process.

The contract demonstrates N-Viro’s growing business in the biosolids management industry and the Company’s dependable service and technology expertise.

President and CEO Timothy R. Kasmoch commented on the agreement. “ I believe our  marketing strategy to expand business in the central Florida market to increase revenues and grow market share has been a success.  Now that we have a bigger market share in Florida the firm can improve the offering through the product expansion of N-Viro Fuel™.”
