Equipment for the Mobile Energy System to Produce N-Viro Fuel™

Equipment for the mobile energy system to produce N-VIRO Fuel™ is in route to its temporary home in Western Pennsylvania.  Development efforts have been underway for over a year on the mobile energy system.  Preparation work takes time especially when working with design, permitting, and equipment manufacturing.   

The process is rather simple which makes the capital costs of an N-VIRO Fuel™ facility one of the most cost effective alternative energy systems available today.  The rotary drum dryer pictured here is essential to the patented process that turns wastewater residuals into energy.  

N-VIRO Fuel™ is a premium product that is easy to transport and feed directly into combustion units without loss of performance.  Michigan State University successfully co-fired N-VIRO Fuel™ at the T. B. Simon Power Plant in 2007.
