On May 17, 2011 the Wisconsin Wastewater Operators Association (WWOA) North Central Region gathered for a lively and informative list of speakers. Representatives from Department of Natural Resources (DNR), Wisconsin Public Services Corp., and the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture provided regulatory, industry and nutrient management information to the wastewater operators.
The afternoon session opened with N-Viro International Corporation’s presentation on the benefits and advantages of N-Viro’s suite of technologies for wastewater treatment residual conversion. CEO, Timothy Kasmoch discussed the technology attributes and how the products could be utilized into the agriculture and alternative energy- biomass co-firing industries.
