Florida N-Viro Secures New Contract

The Contract with New Smyrna Beach, Florida to Deliver Quality Services

Toledo, Ohio, July 11, 2012 – N-Viro International Corporation (NVIC: OTCQB) enters into a new contract secured by a competitive bid process between the Utilities Commission of the City of New Smyrna Beach, Florida and Florida N-Viro LP, a wholly owned subsidiary of N-Viro International Corporation.

The Company agrees to provide  a complete service package including: dewatering , logistics, treatment and  final distribution of  N-Viro Soil, a Florida Class AA quality fertilizer registered in the state of Florida by the Florida Department of Agriculture.  The contract provides for a total four year term inclusive of the initial term and renewals.

The contract is part of the overall strategy to increase business which in turn increases the  Company’s bottom line.

1. Solid Business Revenues from the Company-owned Facility in Florida.  The New Smyrna Beach contract is another example of  the increasing share of business N-Viro is capturing in the Florida market and the quality services the Company provides for customers.
2. International Opportunities are Generating Revenues.  The last 8-K dated July 9, 2012 announced the  impressive honor bestowed upon the facility in Israel by the United Nations.   The N-Viro process is an exceptional solution in Israel where the pollution in the Mediterranean Sea has been a problem for years.  Moreover, the final product is increasing yields and is a highly efficient agricultural product compared to regular fertilizers.
