The Contract with New Smyrna Beach, Florida to Deliver Quality Services
Toledo, Ohio, July 11, 2012 – N-Viro International Corporation (NVIC: OTCQB) enters into a new contract secured by a competitive bid process between the Utilities Commission of the City of New Smyrna Beach, Florida and Florida N-Viro LP, a wholly owned subsidiary of N-Viro International Corporation.
The Company agrees to provide a complete service package including: dewatering , logistics, treatment and final distribution of N-Viro Soil, a Florida Class AA quality fertilizer registered in the state of Florida by the Florida Department of Agriculture. The contract provides for a total four year term inclusive of the initial term and renewals.
The contract is part of the overall strategy to increase business which in turn increases the Company’s bottom line.
