Toledo Free Press Article- Collins Pursues Sludge-Dumping Investigation

The City of Toledo decided last fall to dispose of  the City’s sewage sludge in a most controversal manner.

Councilman D. Michael Collins intends to keep looking into the inconsistencies of the decision.
